The Subcontractor shall be responsible for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Works within the Irrigation and Fire Hydrant Pump rooms and all. The scope of works of this subcontract includes the supply (except where noted differently), installation, testing and commissioning of:
Electric cables pulled through conduit
- Electric cables fixed on cable trays,
- Surface mounted conduits, cable trays and its supports,
- Lighting fixtures,
- Socket outlets and isolators,
- Earthing system complete with its fixing accessories and earthing pits,
- Installation, testing and commissioning of SMDB's and DB's supplied by the Contractor,
- Installation and termination of fan panels and motors,
- Installation and termination ofsump pump (5nos) panels and motors,
- Installation and termination of irrigation pump (2nos) panels and motors,
- Installation and termination of fire pump (3nos) panels and motors,
- Installation and termination of split unit (indoor/outdoor),
- Obtaining the necessary approvals from the Engineer for the Subcontractor's proposed materials prior to their use.
